Launch-stage fairness
FreshMind is free during launch, so refund requests should be rare. If hosted billing is introduced later, billing mistakes or duplicate charges should be handled quickly and fairly.
Typical handling
If a future hosted plan charges unexpectedly or access does not match what was promised, contact support promptly so the operator can review the event and apply the appropriate correction.
How to request help
Active households should use the in-app support form from Settings so account context is attached automatically. Public launch inquiries can be routed through the operator's published contact channel.
Subscription changes
Stripe checkout code remains in the repo for a later hosted-SaaS pivot, but it is not part of the active free launch flow.
