What we store
FreshMind stores the household data needed to run the service: account emails, password hashes, session records, household members, inventory, recipes, meal plans, shopping lists, support requests, and admin event logs.
How we use it
We use stored data to operate shared household features, secure account access, recover backups, respond to support requests, and improve product reliability.
Sharing
FreshMind does not sell household data. Data may be shared with infrastructure, payment, analytics, or support vendors only as needed to operate the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while an account remains active and for a reasonable period after closure for security, support, and legal purposes. Account owners can request deletion of hosted household data.
Contact
Privacy questions can be submitted through the in-app support form from settings or through the public contact path.
